Coconut & Date Breastfeeding Oatie Mix (makes 16 oatie slices)

This coconut and date breastfeeding oatie mix has been designed for you. It tastes great and is packed with oats, brewers yeast and flax seed, which are ingredients used for generations to naturally boost milk supply, called 'Galactagogues', as well as boost your energy. This mix is vegan, and has no added sugar, and is packed with other tasty and nourishing ingredients including organic dates, coconut, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed and sunflower seeds. You just need to add a mashed banana, bake and enjoy!
This recipe can be enjoyed by those other than breastfeeding mamas, but shhh...we won't tell if you don't want to share!
Recipe: Heat oven to 175 degrees and line an 8" x 8" tin with baking parchment. Mash 1 large ripe banana with 3 tablespoons water. Empty mix into the bowl andand mix thoroughly. Bake for 25 minutes, till set and golden brown. Leave in tray for 5 minutes then transfer to cooking rack. Slice into 16. Store in an air tight container for 3 weeks or freeze for upto 3 months.
Storage instructions: Store mix in a cool dry place and use by date on pack.
