This Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip breastfeeding cookie mix has been designed for you. It tastes great and is packed with oats, brewers yeast and flax seed, which are ingredients used for generations to naturally boost milk supply, called 'Galactagogues', as well as boost your energy. We use Belgian 70% chocolate and unrefined sugar. You just need to add your favourite peanut butter (not included - ours is Pip & Nut smooth) and an egg, bake and enjoy!
This recipe can be enjoyed by those other than breastfeeding mamas, but shhh...we won't tell if you don't want to share!
Recipe: Heat oven to 175 degrees. Empty mix into a bowl, add a cup peanut butter (100g) and 1 egg and mix thoroughly. Shape into 14 equal sized balls (or use a cookie scoop) and squash onto a lined baking sheet, allowing a little room to spread. Bake for 12-14 minutes, till set on the edges and golden brown. Leave on tray for 5 minutes then transfer to cooking rack. Store cookies in an air tight container for 2 weeks or freeze for upto 3 months.
Storage instructions: Store mix in a cool dry place and use by date on pack.
